What payment options do you accept?

We have an array of delightful options! You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Sezzle, and PayPal. If you prefer a sprinkle of sweetness, go ahead and use ShopPay or Apple Pay! 

How do I apply gift card codes or discount codes at checkout?

Just enter your gift card or discount code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" area at checkout and click apply to add that extra touch of savings! 

Help! My gift card/discount code isn't working!

No need to panic, love! We're here to set things right! Pop us an email at hello@shopmollieeboutique.com, and we'll float over to rescue you!

How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders are whisked away to their new homes the next business day, though during holidays, it might take a smidgen longer. 

  •  Please note: Any orders placed on the weekends will be processed on Mondays, because even our team needs some rest! 
Where is my order/shipping confirmation?

Keep an eye on your inbox, dear! After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation. Once postal works its magic and scans your package, you'll get a shipping confirmation with a link to follow your goodies on their journey! 

Do you ship internationally?

YES! Our boutique now spreads joy around the world! Shipping rates will be sprinkled with magic and calculated at checkout! 

Do you have a size guide or sizing information?

Absolutely! Check out our Models & Sizing Info page at the bottom of the home page or search for Model Info in the search bar. We'll help you find the perfect fit! 

How do I check my order status?

Once your order is shipped, a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will land in your inbox. 

 I decided to change something in my order and I'd like an adjustment or to cancel and try again. How do I do that?

Whoopsie-daisy! Once an order is placed, it takes off quickly to be with you. Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel it before it flies out. But don't fret! We're always here to offer sizing advice and support. Reach out via Facebook, Instagram, or hello@shopmollieeboutique.com. 

Can I return/exchange my order from Molliee Boutique?

We hope you adore your order, but if something isn't quite right, we'll happily grant you store credit. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges Policy for all the details!

Do you have gift cards?

Absolutely! We've got the cutest gift cards in values of $25, $50, and $100. They make the perfect gift! You can purchase them online. 

Gift Cards do expire within a year of purchase.
